GOOD/EXCELLENT

I really do love Las Vegas. It is a great place to go to when you want to escape reality and party as if you really are a rock star. I would like to say I would be able to survive and live out there but I think my liver would crap out after3 months of Las Vegas abuse. When I first arrived in Vegas Kevin met me at the airport and we dropped my bags off my hotel. After that it was game time. We decided to grab a bloody mary and searched out for some food and wings since I knew I had to get wings while in Vegas. He knew of a bar on the strip that had good beer an while I was in Vegas I was going to go all out and enjoy some good brews so I thought, what the heck if they have good beer they must have good wings! We decided to go to Todds English P.U.B.. I never knew before I went here that “pub” actually was an acronym for something, Public Urban Bar… I am always learning something new! When we sat down the waiter brought over a bucket of popcorn for the table, WINNER… I love popcorn. The wings that are offered on the menu are a buffalo style hot wing that is served in a cast iron skillet. There is a blue cheese sauce on the bottom of the skillet with carrots and celery on the side. I call the blue cheese a sauce and not a dressing because it was very watery but it could have been that way because it was in the hot skillet. The wings themselves were very good. They were served hot and kept hot by the skillet. The buffalo sauce was not overly hot and did not cause the wings to become soggy. I would definitely order these wings again! Kevin really likes these wings and would probably rate them EXCELLENT I wish they were a larger size wing so I will rate them GOOD. I think Kevin also preferred these wings because they had the drum side of the wing and not all flats. GOOD/EXCELLENT
