Mehak is a restaurant that serves traditional Indian cuisine. Lately I had a craving for some Indian food and found that they delivered niiiiiiice. When I looked through the menu I was very pleased to see that they offered a chicken wing choice as an appetizer. Their wing choice is a Tandoori wing, I mean how could I not order them. When the food was delivered I was super excited to try the wings first. I opened the small container that held the six wings and found six jumbo meaty wings in their covered with spices and onions and smelling of Indian flavor goodness! The Tandoori spices were excellent and very flavorful. You could tell they use a great mixture of herbs, spices and fresh onions. The wings had great flavor but one issue with them was the skin was a little soggy and I really do not like soggy wings, they really nasty. These would have been better if they were flash fried and then the sauce was put on the wing or on the side because the sauce made the wings soggy.
